You have signed up as a volunteer for this year’s Immense Festival, and we have registered you as a member of the association.

As a volunteer, you will have 2x 4-hour shifts, and we look forward to welcoming you!

In this guide, you will find a lot of useful information that you can use both before you arrive at the site and on the day itself.

We always do our best to accommodate your preferences, but no matter what,

you will be welcomed by many wonderful people.

When you arrive
You need to be at the festival site 15 minutes before your shift starts.

Volunteer check-in times

Friday: 11:45 – 15:45 – 19:45 – 23:45
Saturday: 10:45 – 14:45 – 18:45 – 22:45

Check-in
When you are at the festival site, you should go to the entrance.

At check-in, you will also be informed of which role(s) you will be assigned to, if you do not already know (e.g., if you are a substitute). You will receive your goodie bag, meal and drink tickets, your wristband,

and a T-shirt/vest that you will wear during your 2×4-hour shifts.

Afterwards, you will be escorted to your assigned team and provided with information about your task.

There will be an opportunity to store your belongings in our Volunteer Area, which is staffed throughout the festival.
